$\begin{gathered} \text{Interest}=\text{Amount}-\text{pricipal} \\ I=11349-7800 \\ I=3549 \\ So, \\ I=\frac{\text{PRT}}{100} \\ 3549=(7800* R*7)/(100) \\ R=6.5\text{ \%} \end{gathered}$
