The general equation of line passing through point (x_1,y_1) and (x_2,y_2) is,

y-y_1=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)(x-x_1)

Determine the equation of line passing through point (6,-9) and (7,1).

\begin{gathered} y-(-9)=(1-(-9))/(7-6)(x-6) \\ y+9=(10)/(1)(x-6) \\ y=10x-60-9 \\ y=10x-69 \end{gathered}

So equation of line is y = 10x - 69.
