Answer: C x-int: 0.5. y-int: 1

Explanation:

We first see the y-int of the graph, where x equal to 0.

Based on the graph, y is passed the y-axis on the positive sign, which means that y-int is (0,1), only b and c fits.

And we can clearly see the x-int is on the positive sign also, which is (0.5,0), c is the answer.
