Remember that

the equation of the line in point slope form is equal to

y-y1=m(x-x1)

step 1

Find out the slope

m=(7-4)/(13-5)

m=3/8

step 2

Find out the equation of the line

we have two possibilities

First

m=3/8

point (5,4)

substitute

y-4=(3/8)(x-5)

Second

m=3/8

point (13,7)

substitute

y-7=(3/8)(x-13)
