Let:


\begin{gathered} (x1,y1)=(-3,2) \\ (x2,y2)=(2,0) \\ m1=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)=(0-2)/(2-(-3))=(-2)/(5)=-(2)/(5) \end{gathered}

Since the lines are perpendicular:


\begin{gathered} m1* m2=-1 \\ -(2)/(5)* m2=-1 \\ m2=(5)/(2) \end{gathered}

The slope of the line perpendicular to that segment is 5/2.
