Based on the graphic we see the red line passes throught two points. One point is (0,2) , and the other one is (9,5)

lets find slope m

m= Y/X. Where Y= y-y' and X = x - x'

Then

m= (2-5)/(0-9)= -3/-9 = 1/3

then slope intercept equation is

y = mx + b

y= (1/3)x + b

now rest to find b

b= y - (1/3)x and replace at point x= 0 ( its key to replace always x= 0) then y= 2

so then b= 2- (1/3)•0= 2

so finally equation searched is

y= (1/3)x + 2
