Molality is the ratio of the moles of a solute to the kilograms of a solvent.

we are given:

number of moles of solute = 4.1 moles

mass of solvent = 4930.5 g = 4.9305 kg

To find molality, use the following equation:

m = moles of solute/kilograms of solvent

m = 4.1 moles/4.9305 kg

m = 0.832 mol/kg
