Given the expression:

-vp+65<40

Solve for v

Subtract 65 from both sides

\begin{gathered} -vp<40-65 \\ -vp<-25 \end{gathered}

Divide both sides by -p

Note, the sign < will be >, because of the negative sign

\begin{gathered} (-vp)/(-p)>(-25)/(-p) \\ \\ v>(25)/(p) \end{gathered}

So, the answer will be V > 25/p
