Given a base function f(x) = 1/x, we can reflect it over the x-axis by multiplying it by -1, to get:

f(x) = (-1) 1/x = -1/x

By adding 6 units to the function we are translating upwards the base functon, like this:

f(x) = -1/x + 6

Then, as shown, the order and type of transformation performed is a reflection about the x-axis and a transltion up 6 uits

Then, the last option is the correct answer
