A)

we will write the equation

6x+5y=135

B) x=10, we just replace the x and solve y

\begin{gathered} 6(10)+5y=135 \\ 60+5y=135 \\ 5y=135-60 \\ 5y=75 \\ y=(75)/(5) \\ y=15 \end{gathered}

the number of cases of water ir 15
