In order to calculate the area of the base, we use the formula

\begin{gathered} A_b=s^2 \\ then,\text{ } \\ A_b=(18ft)^2 \\ A_b=324ft^2 \end{gathered}

then, the volume of the square pyramid is found through the formula

\begin{gathered} V=(1)/(3)* A_b* h \\ \end{gathered}

using the two previous answers,

\begin{gathered} V=(1)/(3)*324ft^2*3โˆš(7)ft \\ V=324โˆš(7)ft^3 \\ V\approx857.22ft^3 \end{gathered}
