We have the following expression:

(7x)(x+2)=0

This expression implies that there are 2 conditions in order to get zero, that is,

\begin{gathered} a)\text{ 7x=0} \\ \text{and} \\ b)\text{ x+2=0} \end{gathered}

From condition a), we get

\begin{gathered} 7x=0\Rightarrow x=(0)/(7) \\ \text{then} \\ x=0 \end{gathered}

From condition b), we have

\begin{gathered} x+2=0\Rightarrow x=0-2 \\ \text{then} \\ x=-2 \end{gathered}

Therefore, the answers are x=0 and x=-2
