D) Heron and Hummingbird eat different foods but meet up to share stories

I think this is the answer because A is talking about the middle of the story, not the resolution. B is not at the end of the story either. C was not what happened at the end because they ate different food. D makes the most sense because it is at the end of the story and it is the good that came out of resolving their issue.
