we can use the formula of the area of a regular hexagon


A=6(\frac{L^2\sqrt[]{3}}{4})

where L is the length of the side

replacing


\begin{gathered} A=6(\frac{(15)^2\sqrt[]{3}}{4}) \\ \\ A=(3)/(2)(225\sqrt[]{3}) \\ \\ A=584.567\approx584.6 \end{gathered}

rounded Area of the hexagon is 584.6 square centimeters
