For this problem use the formula for the volume of an oblique cone which is the same for the usual cone:


\begin{gathered} V=\text{ }(1)/(3)\pi r^2\text{ h =}(1)/(3)\pi(XY)^2\text{ WZ} \\ \text{substituting } \\ V=(1)/(3)(3.14)\cdot6^2\cdot18=678.24units^3 \end{gathered}
