I have a complaint regarding the hotel management. Two days ago I booked a room for my family on 11th floor. We chose to do in-person payment instead of online. Today I have reached the hotel and they told me that the room has been occupied already because the payment wasn't made online. They didn't mention anything like that before booking. Please do something about it
