In order to determine the units of d, replace the units of the other parameters and simplify, as follow:


\sqrt[\placeholder{⬚}]{(kgm^3s^(-2))/((kg)(ms^(-2)))}

Then, by simplying the previous expression you obtain:


\sqrt[\placeholder{⬚}]{m^2}=m

Hence, the units of d are in meters (m)
