We have that the x intercepts are -1 ,2 and 4

We have the form


f(x)=(x-b)(x-c)^2(x-d)^3

therefore the equation will be


f(x)=\mleft(x-4\mright)\mleft(x+1\mright)^2\mleft(x-2\mright)^3

the values are

b=4

c=-1

d=2
