b is y-intercept

since we already have slope we can replace that with m

y=-3/4x+b

Now substitute x and y with 2 and 3

3=-3/4 (2)+b

3=-3/2+b

Add on both sides:

9/2=b

Thus the Slope-intercept form is

y=-3/4x+9/2
