The given system of equation is,

\begin{gathered} 6x-2y=2\ldots(1) \\ y=3x-1\ldots(2) \end{gathered}

consider the equation (2),

\begin{gathered} y=3x-1 \\ \Rightarrow3x-y=1\ldots(3) \end{gathered}

consider the quation (3) and mulitply with 2,

6x-2y=2

then subract them,

\begin{gathered} 6x-2y=2 \\ -6x+2y=-2 \\ --------- \\ 0=0 \end{gathered}

Thus, the system of equation are, infinitely many solution.

The answer is (x,y) = (oo,oo).
