This is a simple question to solve.

First let's solve the first equation as follows:

As we can see above, first we bring -4 to the first side, and when we do that is changes its sign. After the third line, we multiply both sides per (-1) because we want the x to be positive, and when we do that, the inequality changes its direction (from < to >). And finally, we have -7>x that is the same as x < - 7. As we can see, the graph shows a highlighted piece that represents all the values for x < - 7.

Now let's solve the second equation following the same logic:

Following the same logic we found x >11 and we were able to draw the graph that represents all the values for x > 11.
