For this case we know that the elevators used to transport people can hold 15 people. And we know that the total of elevators are 73. Then the total of people would be:


T=15\cdot73=1095

Then the best inequality for this case would be:


t\leq1095

With the the maximum number of people who can be transported to the top of the building at the same time.
