The point slope form of straight line with slope m and passing through the point (a,b) is

(y-b)=m(x-a)

Given slope of the line is m=6 and it passes through the point (5,-7).

Therefore,

a=5

b=-7

m=6

Putting these values in the first equation, we have,

(y+7)=(x-5)

This is the required equation.
