Help plz.. What is the solution to the equation 2(x-3)=4x-1

Answer:

x = 1/2

Explanation:

2(x - 3) = 4x - 1

2x - 6 = 4x - 1 Distributive

-4x = -4x Subtract -4x from both sides

-2x = -1


(-2x)/(-2) = (-1)/(-2)

x = 1/2
