Since the blue line is lower than the red line the market sells pinapple at a lower rate

mathematically

Grocery store sells

4 pinapples = $9.60

3 pinapple=x

x=3*(9.60)/(4)
x=7.2

3 pinapples at the grocery store cost $7.20

compare to

3 pinapples at the market cost $6.60

The market sells pinapple at a lower rate
