Solution:

From the given graph;

The graph of y=f(x) which is

\begin{gathered} y=f(x) \\ At\text{ point }(0,1) \\ y=1 \end{gathered}

It was shifted down by 3 units to give the graph of y=g(x)

\begin{gathered} y=g(x) \\ At\text{ point }(0,-2) \\ y=-2 \end{gathered}

Thus, it will give

g(x)=f(x)-3

Hence, the answer in function notation is

g(x)=f(x)-3
