Okay, here we have this:

Considering the provided points and inequations, we are going to graph it, so we obtain the following:

By graphing the points (those of each equation with a different color) we get this:

Now, considering that none of the inequalities contains an equal, it means that it does not include the lines found, that is, we will join the points by means of a dotted line. And the first line as x increases will also increase because it has a greater, and the second line as x increases will decrease because it has a lesser. So we finally get this:

And the solution of the system of inequalities corresponds to the segments where they intersect, that is, the purple segment of the graph.
