\text{Volume of hemisphere} = \frac 23 \pi * r^3\\\\\implies 56 = \frac{2 \pi}3} * r^3\\\\\implies 56 * 3 = 2 \pi r^3\\\\\implies r^3 = (168)/(2 \pi) \\\\\implies r =\sqrt[3]{(168)/(2\pi)} = 2.99 \approx 3~ cm
