The answer is the last one or the one on the very bottom because y is above and touching the line so y must be greater than or equal to the slope plus the y-intercept or b. I figured out the slope by using rise over run meaning that you must first go up or down on a coordinate and then go left or right to meet the other coordinate. The y-intercept is just the place where the line touches the y axis and that is on -1. By piecing up these pieces of information one by one you will get D or the last one.
