We have to find if E'F' is the image of EF after a rotation.

We can check if it is a rotation around the origin.

If we compare the coordinates of pre-image and image, we can see that they follow this rule:


(x,y)-->(y,-x)

This rule correspond to a rotation 90 degrees clockwise.
