So basically just divide 184 with the travel groups of 13 which gives you 14.

How many vans needed to take the people to the hotel.

solution:


(184)/(13)


= 14.1538461538


nearest \: whole \: number = 14

therefore, they'll need 14 vans to take the people to the hotel.
