Given:

2x+3y=1

Find-: Slope intercept form.

Sol:

General equation of the slope-intercept form.

y=mx+c

Where,

\begin{gathered} m=\text{ Slope} \\ c=\text{ Intercept} \end{gathered}

Convert the equation into the slope-intercept form:

\begin{gathered} 2x+3y=1 \\ 3y=1-2x \\ 3y=-2x+1 \\ y=(-2x+1)/(3) \\ y=(-2)/(3)x+(1)/(3) \end{gathered}

Where,

\begin{gathered} \text{ Slope = }(-2)/(3) \\ \text{ Intercept = }(1)/(3) \end{gathered}
