SOLUTION:

\begin{gathered} 16\text{ }\ge\text{ -x}+6>5 \\ 16\text{ }\ge\text{ - x }+\text{ 6 and - x + 6 }>5 \\ x\text{ }\ge\text{ 6 - 16 and 6 - 5 }>\text{ x} \\ x\text{ }\ge\text{ -10 and 1 }>\text{ x} \\ x\text{ }\ge\text{ -10 and x }<\text{ 1} \end{gathered}

The answer above can also be represented as;

\begin{gathered} -\text{ 10 }\leq\text{ x and x }<\text{ 1} \\ -10\text{ }\leq\text{ x }<\text{ 1} \end{gathered}

The circle on -10 is shaded because of the equality attached to the first inequality and the other is not shaded because it does not contain equality. Note that the unshadeded circle is between 0 and 2 meaning that it is on 1.
