An object has an acceleration of 12.0 m/s/s. If the net force

was tripled and the mass were halved, then the new
acceleration would be m/s/s.

The new acceleration will be 8 m/

Acceleration of the object = 12 m/

New Net Force of the object = 2 Force

New Mass of the object = 3 Mass

To find new acceleration:

(f1)/(f 2) = (m1 \: m2)/(m2 \: a2)

(f)/(2f) = (m(12))/((3m)a2)

(1)/(2) = (4)/(a2)

a2 = 8 m/

I hope this helps. :-D :-)
