x=-38,y=5.2

1) Let's graph this system. The first thing to do is to set a t-table for the first equation, as well as another one to the second.

x|y=-0.2x-2.4

-1 | y= -0.2(-1)-2.4 =-2.2

0| -2.4

1|-2.6

2|-2.8

So the we have these points to plot the first equation: (-1, -2.2), (0,-2.4), (-1,-2.6) and (2,-2.8). Notice that we pick random values for x, and then plugged them into the equation to get the y-values

y=0.6x +28

x|y

-1| 27.4

0|28

1|28.6

2|29.2

Similarly, we did the same. So we have the points (-1, 27.4), (0,28), (1,28.6) and (2,29.2)

2) So this is our system of Linear Equations:

The solution of this system is the common point both lines share (-38.5.2)
