Starting from 4.1, notice that if we add 0.5

4.1+0.5=4.6

We get the second term. If we do the same,

4.6+0.5=5.1

We get the third. Repeating once more,

5.1+0.5=5.6

We get the fourth, and so on.

Therefore the rule for the following sequence is

B. Add 0.5 to the previous term.
