The equation of the line is given by:

y-y_1=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)(x-x_1)_{}

plugging the values of the first two rows we have that:

\begin{gathered} y-55=(52-55)/(16-4)(x-4) \\ y-55=(-3)/(12)(x-4) \\ y-55=-(1)/(4)(x-4) \\ y-55=-(1)/(4)x+1 \\ y=-(1)/(4)x+56 \end{gathered}

Therefore the equation is:

y=-(1)/(4)x+56
