Answer:

The sun has three layers to itself, and it's atmosphere. Below are descriptions of the layers of each respectively;

Step-by-step explanation:

The main part of the sun has three layers; The Core, The Radiative Zone, and the Convection Zone. Below are descriptions of each zone;

The Core:

The core is the innermost or central layer of the Sun. The core is plasma, but moves similarly to a gas. Its temperature is around 27 million degrees Celsius

The Radiative Zone:

The radiative zone is a thick layer of highly ionized, very dense gases which are under constant bombardment by the gamma rays from the core. It is about 75% hydrogen and 24% helium.

The Convection Zone:

The convection zone is the outer-most layer of the interior. It extends from a depth of 200,000 km up to the visible surface of the Sun. Energy is transported by convection in this region.

The Sun's atmosphere also has three layers, similar to the sun itself. This is compriosed of the Photosphere, the Chromosphere, and the Corona. Below are descriptions of each zone;

The Photosphere:

The photosphere is the visible "surface" of the Sun. The Sun is a giant ball of plasma (electrified gas), so it doesn't have a distinct, solid surface like Earth. ... This level is what we see as the glowing "surface" of the Sun - the photosphere. The temperature of the photosphere is around 5,500° C (about 9,900° F).

The Chromosphere:

The Sun's chromosphere appears as a rim of red light during a solar eclipse. ... Compared to the radius of the Sun, which is nearly 700 thousand kilometers (more than 400 thousand miles), the chromosphere is a very thin layer. The chromosphere is above the photosphere, the visible "surface" of the Sun.

The Corona:

The corona is the outer atmosphere of the Sun. It extends many thousands of kilometers (miles) above the visible "surface" of the Sun, gradually transforming into the solar wind that flows outward through our solar system. The material in the corona is an extremely hot but very tenuous plasma.

Answer:

The Core, Radiative Zone, and Convection Zone are the inner layers. The Photosphere, Chromosphere, Transition Region, and Corona are the outer layers... The chromosphere is a layer of the Sun that lies between 250 miles (400 kilometers) and 1300 miles (2100 kilometers) above the solar surface (the photosphere)
