For the 5-color spinner, we have :

red (R), blue (B), yellow (Y), green (G) and violet (V)

For the 3-color spinner, we have :

red (R), blue (B), and yellow (Y)

The sample space for this experiment is the combination of these two spinners.

Example, red for the 5-color spinner then blue for the 3-color spinner (RB)

another one is yellow for the 5-color spinner and red for the 3-color spinner (YR)

Listing down all the events/sample spaces

{RR, RB, RY, BR, BB, BY, YR, YB, YY, GR, GB, GY, VR, VB, VY}
