Let the factor of tablespoons be x.

The number of tablespoons of olive oil = 7x/3.

The number of tablespoons of vinegar = 8x/6.

The total number of tablespoons is bread dip is 44.

\begin{gathered} (7x)/(3)+(8x)/(6)=44 \\ (14x)/(6)+(8x)/(6)=44 \\ (22x)/(6)=44 \\ x=12 \end{gathered}

The number of tablespoons of olive oil used is 28.

(7x)/(3)=(7(12))/(3)=28

The number of tablespoons of vinegar used is 16.

(8x)/(6)=(8(12))/(6)=16
