h2 = Final altitude = -3ft

t1 = Initial time = 0s

t2 = Final time = 2s


change_{\text{ }}in_{\text{ }}altitude=(h2-h1)/(2-0)=(-3-0)/(2-0)=-(3)/(2)(ft)/(s)=-(1.5ft)/(s)
