To order the numbers from least to greatest we need to be able to compare them with each other.

For this reason, is better if we convert all of them to integers or decimals.

1/3 = 0.333...

-0.5 (we leave this number as is)

15 (we leave this number as is)

2 (we leave this number as is)

350% = 3.5

-2 (we leave this number as is)

3 (we leave this number as is)

4.1 (we leave this number as is)

-0.66 (we leave this number as is)

1.22 (we leave this number as is)

Now that we have our list of number all of them as integers or decimals, we can start ordering from least to greatest.

The first thing we can note is that negative number are smaller than positive numbers.

Thus, the least number would be the greatest negative number which is:

-2

next

-0.66

and next

-0.5

Now we follow with the positive numbers to continue this list, the least of the positive numbers is

1/3 = 0.333

followed by

1.22

next

2

next number is

3

then

3.5

then

4.2

and finally:

15.

In summary, the list from least to greatest is as follows:

• -2

,

• -0.66

,

• -0.5

,

• 0.3

,

• 1.22

,

• 2

,

• 3

,

• 3.5

,

• 4.2

,

• 15

And the number in the fifth position of this list is 1.22
