Answer: The temperature decreases.

The intern energy is shown with the movement of particles, if the lower the speed then the intern energy decrease, and the temperature too.

Answer: More heat flows away from the sample

This one can be true, when they stop moving the heat (temperature) decreases and that heat energy flows away.

Both are so similar, but the most accurate is the temperature decrease because the heat flows a part away not totaly
