The arc length is given by:


s=2\pi r((\theta)/(360))

In this case the radius is 400 m and the angle is 36°, plugging these values we have:


\begin{gathered} s=2\pi(400)((36)/(360)) \\ s=251.33 \end{gathered}

Therefore, the part of the train track that runs through water world is approximately 250 meters.
