\begin{gathered} \text{Volume V}_(cy),\text{ of a cylinder with base radius r and height h is given by} \\ V_(cy)=\pi* r^2* h \end{gathered}

In this case r =3, h= 7

\Rightarrow V_(cy)=\pi*3^2*7=63\pi=197.92unit^3
\begin{gathered} \text{The Volume V}_{co\text{ }}of\text{ a cone with base radius r and height h is given by:} \\ V_(co)=(1)/(3)*\pi* r^2* h \end{gathered}

In this case,

r=3, h=7

V_(co)=(1)/(3)*\pi*(3)^2*7=21\pi=65.97unit^3
\begin{gathered} \text{Therefore} \\ V_(cy)+V_(co)=63\pi+21\pi=84\pi=263.89unit^3 \end{gathered}

Hence

volume of cone + volume of cylinder = 263.89 cube units
