For me my leadership traits are hardworking, confident, and headstrong.
Step-by-step explanation:
Paragraph: I find myself to be very hardworking, confident, and over all headstrong. All of these quality's are great quality a to have when it comes to leadership. Being hardworking has many advantages, one of which being I'd you or your team is ever stuck either on a project or on a hike, then you could come up with a plan to get us unstuck by working hard and thinking harder. Being confident is also a great one, when your confident your whole team is gonna feed off that energy and be not only trusting in you but also trusting in themselves, which is a huge thing for teamwork. Being headstrong is a pro and a con, when your headstrong your not willing to take no for an answer and that can be a good and a bad thing for leadership, it can be a good thing for when you are in a predicament which requires you to be stubborn like that, but it can also be taxing in a way, if you always want to do things your way, your team could get tired of you and want to go do there own thing without you.
