The 15th, 19th, and the 26th amendments expanded the "Blessings of Liberty" because they all gave us the citizens the right to vote. The 15th amendment gave us the right to vote no matter what race or color we are. The 19th amendment helps us keep the right to vote no matter what if we are either women or men. Also, for 26th amendment it keeps states and federal government from denying we can vote because we are too young. But the requirement is at least 18 years old.
