Answer:
Step-by-step explanation:
I don't think so. The first 10 amendments are the Bill of Rights.
I'm going to list the ones that I don't think would make it the way they are written.
Amendment 2 has to do with the right to bear arms. The armed forces have become much more complex since the Revolutionary War. I'm not sure citizens should bear arms or there is a need for them to do so.
Amendment 3 has to do with billeting members of the armed forces. That means they have the right to stay in space that you must provide. Taxes keep us from needing any kind of place for the soldiers except where the government has land and buildings where they can live. Not needed.
I'm not totally sure what to do with Amendment 7. First the amount is ridiculously low to call upon a jury of your peers. That aside, not all civil cases require any more than a judge. I think this would get rewritten.
The rest would all be included in any bill of rights that America would right. Some are about division of power between state and Federal Government, and some are about the right to a trial to be quickly set up. One is about property seizure as evidence and one is about self incrimination. These guiding principles would be in any constitution.
