(3h+4) - 6(5-1.4h)

Distribute (3h+4) - 30 + 8.4h

Simplify like terms [8.4h + 3h = 11.4h]

[30-4 = 26]

11.4h-26

1/2m(10 + 6m) - 1/5m(10m+10)

(Trust me, it looks harder than it really is)

1/2m(10 + 6m) - 1/5m(10m+10)

So first we need to simplify this problem...

m(3m + 5) - 2m(m+1)

so now we can distrubute

3m^2 + 5m - 2m^2 - 2m

Simplify...

(3m^2 - 2m^2 = m^2

5m-2m = 3m)

m^2 + 3m
