What would potentially happen if a chemical accidentally killed all the secondary consumers in this food chain? Which organisms would service, and which ones would die?

Killing an organism at one trophic level will increase the number of organisms at a lower trophic level. The number of organisms at higher trophic levels will increase.
killing of organism will lead to destroy the food web.
This situation may lead to disruptions in the ecosystem also.
